It does not have a molecular configuration contain hydrocarbon chains of 12 and 15 carbon atoms. 

It is less expensive than diesel. Diesel is expensive to refine and produce, and a large amount of taxes incorporates on it depend upon the market.

You can use diesel as fuel in trucks, trains, and some automobiles. It is used in households mainly for heat production or as a fuel in jets. It incorporates in vehicles with diesel, in blended form.

 How to use kerosene in a diesel truck?

 Yes, you can use it, but it also depends on your vehicle’s engine. You can use diesel and kerosene interchangeably.

It has the same ignition quality as diesel, but it works well when used in mixture form because it is too thin to work alone.

Regular diesel is known as no 2-diesel fuel oil, and kerosene is no-1 diesel fuel. Kerosene uses in mixture form with regular diesel.

The ratio of diesel and kerosene mixture comprises 80% diesel and 20% kerosene. The combination makes a 100% configuration for protecting against cold weather. 

Checking the fuel level

 You can add this to the fuel tank, check the instrumental panel fuel meter to check the fuel level. If the fuel has an axillary fuel tank, then you can add it to it for future use.

 According to the temperature and engine of the vehicle, determine the ratio of kerosene mixed with diesel. In lower temperatures, increase its amount in the diesel fuel.

For example, in temperatures below -10 Celsius, you can add 20% Kerosene in diesel to make a 100% ratio.

 Before adding kerosene read the pump label. You should not assume the fuel by seeing the pump handle color in the fuel dispenser. Add the measured amount in the truck diesel tank with the help of an appropriate pump.

 How to blend kerosene with diesel fuel?

Replacement of fuel

In every vehicle, there is a CFPP point. The CFPP is the point at which fuel starts to convert into waxy crystals. They can affect the fuel injectors and engine because they become clogged.

For protection against waxing, you must add this in diesel fuel in proportion according to the weather condition.

Changing of kerosene with diesel

 For every five grades of improvement, add about 10% of kerosene. It is the best substitute to add in diesel.
