The manufacturing companies still make the hybrid automobile across the USA. However, in the last two decades, they have crossed 6 million sales in the United States of America. 

People prefer them due to their dual power sources. Also, they are popular due to their electric control properties. 

It is slightly unpopular for the average customer because gas-electric hybrids are expensive for them.

According to analytic sale data of the USA, the selling rate of hybrid automobiles was 6% in the last few years. 

However, other electric vehicles had a selling percentage of about 3%. Due to their exceptional fuel economy, they are more popular than counter automobiles. 

Unlike other vehicles, they use around 32% less gasoline for higher acceleration, which makes them desirable.
